We are using Qualtrics for collecting literacy data in elementary schools. Collectors are using iPads. It is sometimes necessary to switch from the XM app to other apps. Notes is used for scanning materials as PDFs. Upon returning to the XM app, collectors sometimes get the following pop up error:
Survey Halted
The survey session has halted.
Sometimes tapping on the ‘Cancel’ button allows the app to continue. sometimes the survey closes.
What causes this? Is there a way to fix this?
