Survey inventory, last response date | XM Community
Skip to main content

I’m new to my org and trying to do a large survey inventory. We have hundreds of open surveys, most of which I believe are no longer being distributed even though they are open. Is there a way that I can pull the last response date to all of the surveys rather than having to click into each one individually? I know on the projects page I can see the last modified and creation dates on the project page, looking to see if there’s an out of the box solution here to be able to view last response date on each survey.

You can go to the “admin” tab, and click on “activity” within the “reports” tab. At the bottom, click on filter by “response date” and you can change the time filter to look at just surveys that had responses in the last month, last 6 months, etc.

@ash123 looking to see the exact last response date for all surveys. That does filter down to the surveys that would be included in the time period criteria, but it unfortunately does not give a specific last response date. I even exported and there is not a last response date field.

I don’t think there’s a way to get a list of the exact last response dates for each survey in one view. I think filtering to different response date ranges would be the closest workaround unfortunately to get a list of recently active surveys.

You could suggest the idea to add this feature here:

I’ve submitted the idea.
