Survey Results Section-Can I filter without an exact match?

I have set up some custom pages in the Results section of my survey which are used to look up survey records. It would be great if the search filters on those custom pages could populate records based on similar results and not just exact matches. For example, let's say I was trying to filter by Semester. An exact match record for Fall 2022 would have to be typed exactly as Fall 2022, but it would be great if all I typed was 'Fall' or 'fall' and all fall records would populate. Does anybody know of a solution or workaround to this, it would be a great help!
