We are setting up a survey to capture student feedback of faculty.  We want the survey to be open throughout the entire course and for students to enter in at any time and select which faculty they want to provide feedback.  Each course has 35-70 faculty members who teach.

A couple of issues we are trying to solve for:

1. We don’t want the same student to be able to select a faculty member more than once. Is there a way to have that faculty member not be displayed if already chosen by that student?  We do use a unique identifier for our students in the embedded data.
2. On the back end is there a way for us to easily track X student completed X # of the options and have that sent to them as a reminder?

Any help especially with the first item would be appreciated.
