Hi @ChantalPe , sometimes, it might be due to the block logic or even a simple progress bar might cause the issue just in case if that is enabled. I understand that this is not a viable solution but it might help to debug the issue by breaking it down. Apologies if this doesn’t help at all.

I did review the videos and it seems in both scenarios the time taken is post selecting the location.
What is the logic written based on location selection, is it something related to Quotas, complex logics, etc.
Can you check and confirm?
The survey has at some point freezed prior to the location question, unfortunately, so I don’t think this is the issue..
We have no quotas running in the background!
The only “complex” element in the survey flow at the beginning are these two elements you see in the screenshots. I tried playing around with breaking these off into smaller parts, screening out after each respective question etc., but this didn’t make a difference (survey still froze at times).

Getting into the account directly would help and I believe Qualtrics support should be able to help you here.
