I have a survey that is currently running.  I have a directory file that I used that had embedded data.  I have used it to create my personal links and used mail merge to send out these links to my members.  I am realizing that the embedded data in my file is wrong.  Is there a way to update the embedded information in this file without compromising the personal links?  I need to add the correct embedding data but not alter the personal links which have been sent off to my members.  thanks for any help you can give me,

 

Were your links created via directory send or using anonymous links with query strings?

If sent via directory, just update the directory or list and merge the contacts.

If sent via anonymous link with query string, upload the data to a supplemental data set, and do a lookup on the email field to the data set using the survey flow So I’d set every single data point as “New_FieldA” “New_FieldB” etc.
