I have a screener question I have had trouble getting to work. I want any participants who do not answer their location as one of four states to be send to the end of the survey. However, the logic I have set up is not working:
And when I test this and answer a different state, am able to proceed past this page. I have also tried using 'Or' and it also doesn't work.
Any help appreciated!

If you haven't done so already, put the questions that follow the states question in a new block and retest.
