I am trying to change the sentiment from positive to negative in a comment but every time i change it to negative it goes back to positive.
i was able to modify the other comments but this one keeps going back to the default score.
Anyone know why?

I cannot think of any reason why this should happen. If it is working for all others, you can raise this to Qualtrics support. They will be able to help with it.

If you give the system time to get updated (sometimes up to 20-30 minutes) do you still see this issue? I was wondering the same thing as I didnt see the sentiment get updated on the tag in the comment. But it turned out I just needed to wait until the system has updated itself and then it was changed.
