Hey guys,
In one of the pages of my Qualtrics survey, when every question was completed and I clicked the arrow of “next page” button, then it moved to the top of the same page, and I needed to scroll down and click the arrow again to move to the next page. It happened in both the preview and real test. May I ask what are the causes and how to avoid clicking the arrow twice for moving to the next page.

If clicking on the 'Next Arrow' takes you back to the top of the page, it could be due to the following reasons:
1. Check if any logics have been added in the survey builder.
2. Examine how your Survey Flow is set up, as it could be due to the logic you've implemented there.
3. Also, review any codes you've added in External CSS or JavaScript.
After checking these areas, please publish your survey and test it again. If the issue persists, please share screenshots of the logics and survey flow for further assistance.
