I have followed the instructions carefully and created the hyperlink in the rich content editor, but when previewing or publishing it, it couldn't work. Does anyone know how to solve it issue?

In this case, I would recommend contacting Qualtrics Support.
To contact Qualtrics Support, you can go to https://support.qualtrics.com and selecting contact support from the menu.
