The link attached in question doesn't work

Did anyone insert a link in the question? I follow the guideline to insert a hyperlink in the question and the end of the survey. They do work when i built the questionnaire, but once i preview the questionnaire, they fail to access to the other webpage. I have upgrade my account to a DesignXM account, but it doesn't seem to help. If someone has some good ideas, please let me know. Thank you so much.

      AshleyXu have you tried testing this in the live environment? I remember building links in my end of survey messages and they wouldn't click through in the preview, but after I published and tested the live link they worked just fine. I know its a little weird that it wouldn't work in preview but it hasn't been a big issue for me to test in live and clear my test data.
