Did anyone insert a link in the question? I follow the guideline to insert a hyperlink in the question and the end of the survey. They do work when i built the questionnaire, but once i preview the questionnaire, they fail to access to the other webpage. I have upgrade my account to a DesignXM account, but it doesn't seem to help. If someone has some good ideas, please let me know. Thank you so much.

+38AshleyXu have you tried testing this in the live environment? I remember building links in my end of survey messages and they wouldn't click through in the preview, but after I published and tested the live link they worked just fine. I know its a little weird that it wouldn't work in preview but it hasn't been a big issue for me to test in live and clear my test data.
