This question was not displayed to the respondent? | XM Community

hello i used a Qualtrics survey to collect research data. But when I view individual response from the Data & Analysis tab, it is shown as "this question was not displayed to the respondent" for some responses . I wonder why. Did the respondent open the survey and then close it without viewing these questions?

Although I mark "Force"
for any question. I should mention that I log in from my cell phone or computer, I see all the questions, and if I want to skip a question, it won't let me.
I would really appreciate any help, I'm at a loss
Thanks
Coral

Thanks.

@coralrej8 You might want to check the Finish status field, Progress of that response. It might be a auto record incomplete response i.e the respondent quit at the middle of the survey so the question was not displayed to them.
Check your rule under setting → responses. I bet it said record after a amount of time

Thank you. Is it possible to see who left in the middle of the survey?

@coralrej8 P/S: The question that you delete/add in the past may also be not displayed to the respondent base on the version of the survey that they’re taking. Version that you made the change.
Hope this helps

@coralrej8 Made a filter with survey metadata Finished = False or Progress < 100

Do you have display logic/skip logic set on the questions that it’s allowing people to skip by any chance?
