Does anyone know how to change the default subject line when you send emails on tickets in Qualtrics? I have a request form process in place but the default subject line when replying within a ticket is, “Thank you for your feedback!”. I know how to create message templates, and there is also a way to create subject lines in the Qualtrics library, but the latter only seems to apply to survey distribution or other areas, not ticket email message subject lines.
