QR Code has anonymous link in it, hence you wouldn’t be able to track distribution.
You can still check response in progress within Data and Analysis for people who atleast answered first page and went on second.

Hi @dezzanf, to track the number of surveys started from a QR code may depend on how you’ve set up your survey and QR code distribution. If you’re seeing “N/A” for survey starts in the reporting, it’s possible that the tracking is not configured properly or that it’s not supported for your specific distribution method.

You can add a parameter to your url to indicate it is from a QR (e.g., qrc=1) and create a QR code for the url with the parameter. Then add the parameter (e.g. qrc) as an embedded data field to your survey.
