I created a survey with some triggers to send different mail messages based on the score. Suddenly, today the trigger option has disappeared and the alternative I found in the support pages talks about using Workflows but I don't have this option either with my free account. This survey must be running tomorrow and the job was made, it's so frustrating and disappointing. Please tell me if there is a solution because I need to solve it, I talked to a Qualtrics agent before starting who confirmed it was possible to do it with a free account and now we don't have the budget to purchase to professional account.

+23Workflows are definitely the way to do what you are looking for, Unortunately, as you have mentionned, they are not avaibale in the Free version of Qualtrics. Reaching out to Qualtrics support to reactivate the Email Triggers section temporarily might be your only option at this point. At least you would be able to send your survey on time.

+23You should have in the top right corner a ‘’question mark’’ to contact support.
+1Yes, but I landed on a page with the message “Attention: the Get Technical Support page is only available to users with a paid account. For more information, get in touch with our Sales team.” And if I report an issue an AI assistant tell me “Sorry, I can't assist with that.” 😩
