Unable to show the images (in the loop & merge) in the survey (XM), but it works well yesterday

Hi there,
I am using Qualtrics to do some surveys, but now some of my participants told me that they were not able to see the images in the survey. I think it works well yesterday but it doesn't work for today, and just for some of them (please see the snapshot below).

about the images, I basically uploaded them onto a server, then I got a link for each image, I also put these links into the XM survey builder in loop&merge. I can still open the image links on the web so I can see each image in the survey.
Any ideas?

It could be something related to connectivity/security settings of that respondent but if this for major of respondents, I would recommend to have those images uploaded in Qualtrics itself in Graphic library.
