I’m using the “usage tags” on the surveys created inn my system.
I use them in the context of the approval process. One of the tags is how many responses they expect on the survey, so that before approving the release the approvers can analyze if it still falls within the licence, and anothere is how they plan to distribute (anonymous, mail, qr, ...) because if it’s mail then the approver knows they should check if the survey owner knows how to properly select the audience and email template.
Up to now, most approvers were brand admins, and could access the Usage tags.
However we also have some non-admin approvers now. But I cannot find a way to give them visibility on the tags that had been added to the survey they are approving.
Does anyone have an idea on how I can make that info visible for the approvers?
I did find that the tags are also visible from the Tools menu, but this is greyed out for the approver…
