Hi,

Our mobile app was targeted by scammers, but we've since resolved this issue. However, our rating has significantly dropped in the AppStore as a result. Our goal now is to gather positive reviews from users and obtain detailed feedback on the ease of use of our product via a CES survey.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to accomplish this in one step using the Mobile App Prompt feedback without adding an extra step that may lead to customer churn.

So our solution now is to ask feedback and if they are happy they get directed to the AppStore and if they think the app needs improvement they get directed to the CES survey. This way the CES scores will reflect only the negative experiences, not the actual experience.

Our idea is to first show the CES score rating and forward those who give a 6-7 rating to the App Store to give us a review if they like the product. Is it possible to do this in one step somehow?
