Using cumulative quota for display logic?

EXAMPLE:

Which of the following fruits do you prefer?

(A) Orange

(B) Lemon

(C) Grape

(D) Banana

I understand how to set a simple quota for display logic so that if I get 5 respondents that select (D), that option (D) will no longer appear for future respondents.

But is it possible to set a quota such that options (A) and (B) only display if the total sum of respondents choosing (A) + respondents choosing (B) are not greater than 10?
