My organization has long used Eventbrite to promote free events and gather RSVP / Registration information. The best feature has been the integration / automation of sending a calendar invite or links in a confirmation email where people could “click to add this to your calendar,” which helped improve attendance by blocking the event on people’s calendars. 

 

If we build a Qualtrics survey to gather RSVPs for a free event (e.g., firs name, last name, email address), can anyone point me to resources / instructions for doing two follow-up items:

  1. Send automated email to registrants that includes event details, log-on link (for virtual events), etc.
  2. Include a Google, Apple, Outlook calendar integration link in the automated email, encouraging people to “click here to add this event to your calendar”? (...or some other way to get our event on their calendar)
