Wondering if anyone has insight. I noticed today that when using the SSO Authenticator in Survey Flow using LDAP to authenticate any user with credentials in my organization, my Authenticator options do not include the checkbox to allow/disallow multiple responses to the survey from authenticated respondents unless I have the "associate respondent with panel" box checked.
I tested the survey and it allows multiple submissions after authentication by default. I don't want to associate the respondent with a panel because I don't have access to every user's info to build that list. The slider button in survey options to prevent multiple submissions is pretty weak. How can I authenticate users and prevent them from completing the survey multiple times?
I was thinking I could send their info to an XM Directory and then use logic in the survey flow to kick them if they are present in the XMD, but the survey also needs to be 100% anonymous after the login, and it wouldn't be if I were capturing that data.
Any ideas?
