Variable for survey publication timestamp or version number? | XM Community

Hello, Qualtrics friends!
Is there a way to create a variable in the survey that is either:
a.    the most recent survey publication date and time?
b.    Or survey publication version number?
I want to include that information on the first page of a survey.
My team uses surveys as note sheets for research studies where my researchers are moderating and observing participants. So the researcher enters data into the Qualtrics survey rather than the participant. We often need to make small revisions to the “survey” throughout a study. And it can be burdensome to validate whether the changes have gone into effect.
Or is there something else we could use to achieve the same goal?
We could do it manually, but I'm trying to avoid that.
Thanks!

I make a variable for the version and incrementally adjust it as I make changes. Allows me to keep a changelog elsewhere referencing the version number, with detailed updates on each version change. I have to update the number manually but I need to type my notes anyway.
