Hi all, total noob here, trying out the basic membership for a survey. 


I’ve tried to answer my own question by reading & following the instructions on A/B testing, then ranking, and still the survey looks wrong. 

I want to show 3 logos side by side in the same window, (they only have slight modifications), and ask preference OR rank, either would be OK. 

If it’s better, I can show 2, then 2 more, meaning:

Original, original with symbol 1, original with symbol 2.

Can someone help set me straight? Embarrassing!

Showing the logos side by side in the same window with slight modifications sounds like a good approach. You could present the logos as options for ranking or preference by displaying them together and asking respondents to rank them or select their preferred option. Breaking it down into two sets, with two logos each, could also work well to manage respondent fatigue and make the comparison clearer. Both approaches could yield valuable insights, so it depends on your preference and the specific context of your study.
