Hi Team,

We need to set up weekly email notifications to be sent to Service Managers. Each Service Manager is responsible for a specific state, and there are 20 states in total. The weekly email should inform each Service Manager about the number of open tickets in their state, allowing them to prioritize and address these tickets promptly.

We are looking for assistance in implementing this process effectively.

Going with your use case description, I’m pretty sure you can achieve all your want with the native capabilities of the platform.

Thank you for sharing the support page. I've built the reminder workflow, but I'm looking for a way to send the reminder email to multiple contacts. Each recipient should only see the weekly open tickets that are specifically assigned to them.

How can we achieve this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure I understand, can’t you assign the reminder to the ticket owner? Each individual ticket owner will get only the relevant reminders.
