Weird branching / end of survey behavior | XM Community

I am experiencing some weird branching / quota full behavior. 

I am conducting a survey using respondents from a panel provider. I have a block of 5 sociodemographic screening questions before the real survey starts. These 5 questions are spread across 2 pages (age, gender, education + household size, grocery shopper). It's a bit like this, but then with 5 questions:

In the survey flow, the quota screening happens right after those 5 questions. Most of the times it completes both pages and the checks the branch conditions, so that's fine!

But sometimes it only does the first page and then if a quota is full, it sends me to the last page of MY SURVEY (not the panel provider)! 

How does it (correctly) check the branch conditions before getting there in the survey flow? And then sends me to my OWN survey end?

I am not sure if the image shared by you is the actual image of your setup (the one which you are facing issue in). Can you share some snaps of your actual setup so it would be helpful to understand.

The way you set up the survey is, If MALE is selected, termination will occur. If you can explain what could be the scenario of actual termination, that would be great.
