I want to upgrade from the free account to a paid account. For my project I will be sending our surveys with about 3000 responses monthly but the options on the platform says only 1000 responses. I am a bit confused
What Subscription gets me up to 3000 responses per month?
+41femiaro I would reach out to your account rep and he/she will be able to help you. If you click on the question mark in the upper right corner and the click "Contact Support" you'll be taken to a new page. In that new page, there will be a box in the upper right. Click "See more details" and you'll see your account reps' information.
