Hello and good afternoon from a rainy Sweden!
We're using a survey where a user can upload a file and submit the survey.
Does anybody know where these files are stored after the user submits the survey? I can see that it seems to be in the Filed section of the Library, but I can't find the uploaded files there.

These files are store on secured Qualtrics server. You can view each respondents file within Data Analysis tab and also learn more about it from this support page.
Also, to correct you NO the uploaded files do not get stored in Files library. Hence, you would not find it there.
To explore more you can view each of the uploaded files on Dashboard, and also pre-built Results tab.
NOTE: if you delete any response the uploaded files gets deleted.
