Why can't I translate either automatically or manually?

I have chosen the language that needs to be translated, but automatic translation has not been working, the progress has been consistently at 0. When I want to manually translate, I cannot click on the text box to edit the language.

Hello @Ghoti,

You just need to follow one more step. Click on ‘...’ → ‘Edit Translations’.

 

Then, click on the ‘...’ of the block again, and select ‘Google Translate’ → Translate.

 

Repeat the same step for each blocks.

Hello @Ghoti,

Check if you have to edit translations. Go to Admin → User → check if the ‘Translate Surveys’ option is enabled under survey permissions.

Hello @Ghoti,

As I can see you are not an admin. Check with your Brand Admin, he will give you access or he will only do the translation.

I am not sure who is my admin, I log in through my university account.
