I have a ten-statement likert-style item that uses the slider format. Only statements 1 through 6 are showing up in the response record with the remaining 4 showing no responses. I have taken the survey myself and have answered all ten statements and submitted, so I know respondents can answer the statements, but no data is showing for those four statements.
ab21b Would you be able to share the QSF with me?
It looks like you are reviewing the responses in a Report/Results? Is that correct? Open up your Data & Analysis tab and find your responses. See if you can see the 7-10 values. You can also export the data. The point is to find out if anyone has responded with a 7, 8, 9, or 10. If you have the data, but it's not showing on the Report/Result we have narrowed own the issue.
If that's the case I'd make sure you don't have any filters set up (to only show 1-6)

Did you get this issue solved? I've also seen an errant Survey Flow markers cause an issue similar to what you've shown.

Is there anything in particular I should be looking at in the Survey Flow markers? I'm about to re-release the survey to participants next week, but not 100% sure it will work.

As long as you do not have any branching logic set up based on answers to the question that you are seeing problematic, you can eliminate this as a cause of the issue.

ab21b I have few queries before rectifying this issue.
1) have you taken run with preview link or with anonymous link?
2) did you add 4 statements later?
3) if you add remaining 4 later, so have you published the survey link or not?
