Why won't my survey send? :( | XM Community

Hi there, I'm trying to send my survey and it's showing a red error in distributions but won't tell me what the error is. Can anyone help me please? Let me know if you need further information. Thank you

Have you tried to download the distribution history to see if there is more information in there?
Did you accidentally select a later date/time that has not yet passed so this is sitting in an "outbox"? If you toggle the view can you see more (next to Distribution History there is a white background icon and then a grey icon. Click on the other icon and see if you get more information)


Thanks, all sorted now - it was to do with the expiry date being set in the past for some reason! Thanks all the same 🙂
