If a user account is shared between 2 colleagues for a project, but an additional survey is needed that is more sensitive, can the additional survey be password protected?

Hi AndreaK, I don’t believe this is possible. All password protection is aimed at survey respondents rather than creators.

Cameron

I would say that best practice is to never have accounts shared. Collaboration tools within the platform allow for colleagues to collaborate without having to share accounts. And you can collaborate on projects and give specific type of access to those projects based on each user's role.

No, there is no passwording of surveys; for optimal security each user should have their own account. Then you could Collaborate the "shared" survey to share with both users, and the sensitive survey to only the appropriate account.
