I am creating a yearly survey that asks individuals for their accomplishments of the past year within different categories. (Employee Review) This survey also asks for the previous two years of accomplishments in these same categories.
Previous format of this survey was a word document and responders would copy/paste from last years to their current year.
What would be the best way to set this up in qualtrics to remember respondents and fill in their previous years' answers for the respondent to read over/verify and possibly edit before submitting?

The first question I'd ask is what triggers the survey? Is this automatically triggered from within Directory? Are you uploading a contact list every year? Is this automation triggered from outside of Qualtrics?
I think your best bet is utilize the Directory in some way by saving prior year responses as embedded data fields and then piping that into your survey. But the exact mechanism would depend on how you're triggering the survey invite.
Thank you for responding Inessa. I do plan on using the directory. I have created a contact list of the ~40 respondents.
