My survey requires that participants scroll left to right to see the full 7-point scale. I've tried on multiple screens and the issue persists; hence, it does not appear specific to one screen size/resolution. Can anyone advise how to fix this?

As an aside, when we first set up the survey, this was not an issue--it became one on its own and we aren't sure why.
