Actions to update contacts not working??

Can you be more specific? I know it works, to a degree, with XM Directory when you check the "Update contact" box. I say "to a degree" because it currently requires first name, last name and email and if the contact doesn't have all three you can't update. I haven't tested with Research Core Contacts.

We're using Research Core (Core XM). From my understanding, it should work the same. Hailey P from Qualtrics Support was SUPER helpful in getting my solution set up. I have an action set to update the contact with information recorded after the response is submitted (using first name, last name and email). I called Q support back later and they confirmed my survey is set up correctly and they also confirmed the function to update contacts from an action is currently not working. I believe they have engineers looking at it so I'm hoping it will be fixed soon.
