Add response to image and redirect to thank you page

I'm really new to Qualtrics and need a step-by-step guidance on how to do this.We would like to get customers feedback on helpfulness of our email content.Customers receive email from our CRM automation toolAt the bottom of the email we have 3 images - happy, neutral and sadWhen customers click on either on of the images, Qualtrics captures the response and email addressCustomer is redirected to a thank you page built on QualtricsHow do I embed a link to the image that automatically captures the response (without making customers see the question again) and then redirect them to a thank you page.

One way to go about this might be using an inline question, and distributing the surveyfrom Qualtrics!
