Adding a comment and attachment per each question!
Dear All,
Appreciate your help with this questions.
I have a survey to evaluate schools. The form has several question, and for each question, the inspector is required to upload an attachment and add a comment.
At the moment the form was created in a very simple way: after each question there will be a text field to insert a comment and a question to upload a file.
However, given the number of questions, this way of implementing the form makes it complex and unfriendly to user.
Can you please suggest a better way of doing it?

what we have done in other cases is having the question for the comment, and for the picture asking the respondent to upload it to a cloud folder and just pasting the URL for the file in the comment or in another question
+15Hi @Q_asma I think @ana_velez_voce had a great idea.
Another one would be to have your users save all their files to a zip folder and upload that through one question.
