Hello! I would like the Yes/No response options to appear directly below the question on the first line, then the "If you select Yes..." and remainder of italicized text to appear below the No response option. Any suggestions of how to accomplish this?

Add the descriptive text question below yes/no question and add those italic text in this descriptive text question. Now add in page display logic on this descriptive text question to show if yes is selected in yes/no question.
Put the text as two separate text questions below the yes/no question and use display logic to display/hide them "in page" depending on the user's reply
