I've created a set of questions and have tried to create two different end of survey messages based upon score, so one is a pass and the other a failure. It won't work and only diverts to one of the messages and ignores the other:

The survey flow looks right - is your scoring definitely set up properly? And you have definitely loaded the two different messages to your two end of surveys?
