We want to put a one-question "What feedback do you have" type question on our intranet home page to allow employees to provide feedback on anything at any time. Is anyone doing this with Qualtrics Employee Experience platform? Interested in connecting and seeing how you did it, what pitfalls you experienced, and any other advice you have as we explore this mechanism. Thanks!

We have 2 options: a link in the signature block of every employee and QR Codes on Posters in our break rooms. Both work well, QR codes have lower volume but this may be generational :-)
We use simple surveys that allow employees/customers to provide feedback and responses are auto-routed to teams to reply (if contact info is provided by respondent).

Re-posting to see if anyone else is doing this. We hope to implement this year. How are you categorizing? How are you showing what types of comments are coming in, during different intervals, using demographic values like business group, etc.?
