I would need to assign two owners to a ticket. It works perfectly well with one. Can I have also 2 owners for one ticket who will get notified?

I believe your requirement can be achieve through creating the teams to whom you can assign a single ticket.

Unfortunately this wouldn't work, because we have no fixed combinations of ticketowners. The combination of ticketowner 1 and ticket owner 2 is variable
