We do not currently send a prompt to complete the survey, but are looking at doing so. Has anyone gathered best practice, results etc.
Do you send the same survey with just 'Reminder' or do you alter it within the prompt?
Be good to see who is doing what in this space with success and what are the traps we should look out for.

I don't think there is a one size fits all answer. It depends on the audience and the survey. Also, in addition to possibly changing the invite subject and text, you also need to consider the timing of the reminders and how many reminders to send.
Thanks TomG these are the considerations we have listed. Be good to see what success people are having and what methods they employ.
It really does depend on a lot of factors, but some things that hold pretty true for us across various surveys:
- Most responses occur within three days of an email invite, then within two days of a reminder email.
- We'll target a reminder 5-7 business days after an invite.
- And we try not to send an invite or reminder on a Friday, Holiday, or later in the day, again all depending on your audience and the project.
Good Luck!
