We survey our entire employee base every 6 months. We want to see results of each survey as well as how the responses are trending across all the surveys.



Is best practice to append a new list to the original survey every 6 months

OR

Is best practice to copy/create a new survey and link them in the dashboard.



Any pro/cons of either?
If the survey is the same and you are only updating the survey recipients, then keep the same survey. You can always segment the data by end date.
