Building custom Response Report

Question

I have a survey in Research Core where after a response is submitted, a response report created and emailed to a particular contact. I'm using the functionality under Actions. Based on a particular response in the survey, the correct contact receives an email with the build in Response Report.

Is there a way to build a custom Response Report that includes the same response information just in a different format? I looked into the Reports but was able to generate only Summary reports (compiled information across responses), not individual response ones.

The Reports function is for Summary data. Thank you, @Kate for the additional resources! I was hoping I can customize that Individual Response PDF, but it seems like that isn't an option at this time.
