Building custom Response Report
I have a survey in Research Core where after a response is submitted, a response report created and emailed to a particular contact. I'm using the functionality under Actions. Based on a particular response in the survey, the correct contact receives an email with the build in Response Report.
Is there a way to build a custom Response Report that includes the same response information just in a different format? I looked into the Reports but was able to generate only Summary reports (compiled information across responses), not individual response ones.

The Reports function is for Summary data. Indivudal data works best if you use the automatic email trigger feature, which allows you to send individual responses.

Thank you, @Kate for the additional resources! I was hoping I can customize that Individual Response PDF, but it seems like that isn't an option at this time.

With the skip logic included so that only the responses actually submitted show in the report instead of all of the blank questions. And the formatting should look like the survey, not the jumble of data that currently comes in.
