Can a group email to Qualtrics Users be sent from within the platform
+3Is there a way to either send a message to all of our company's Qualtrics users from within Qualtrics to notify them of a system event?

One of the way can be to add all the qualtrics users to mailing list and do a distribution without survey. ( obviously this will be not an automatic process )
