Open ended feedback questions can have responses in several different languages based on the language in which the survey was answered. Can a ticket be triggerd when some of those keywords were used?
If I understand you correctly, you should be able to do something like this with some manual work. Check out this announcement to learn more.

My question is - If a responedent says "Contact me" - EN

or "communiquer avec moi. " - FR,

or something along similar lines in his feedback, I want to trigger a ticket.

Can this be done?
@Vaish Yes, you would just have to set up an "or" in the logic and include both "contact" and "communiquer".
