Can I schedule a close of the survey?

You can essentially do this with distributions and links. You can set your survey to expire on a specific date as well in the Survey Options.

I really hope this doesn't sound like mansplaining, but there's a section of survey options called Survey Expiry, where one is able to specify when the survey expires, which means that they survey will not be available from that date. Here's a link to support pages that detail that out.
