Can't see the logo in the offline mode in the app | XM Community

Hi there,



I have uploaded a banner in the survey, which appears on the top but in the offline mode in the app, it disappears.



It appears on the online mode and preview mode but not offline.



I am not sure why this is happening.

Do you have the image linked to a URL? If so, consider uploading the image directly to your Qualtrics library.

I have uploaded image to my library and did the survey again on the Ipad, but still the image doesn't appear.
