I want to allow the respondents to download or print the survey before they fill out their responses. This is primarily because they will need to collect data from different sources to fill the survey and having a copy of the full survey will allow them to plan ahead.
Is this possible in Qualtrics?

You can export the survey to a Word document, then upload the Word document to your Qualtrics Library and provide a link to the file in an email invitation or at the beginning of the survey.
