For an upcoming staff survey we are hoping to ask participants to identify the team they work in. These fall under one of the larger departments, and I was wondering if it was possible to have a drop-down list with headings for each department and the teams organised underneath? The department names themselves would NOT be selectable, imagine would look something like follows:



Department A

Team A

Team B

Team C

Department B

Team A

Team B



To note; because we call both departments and local teams "teams" in general, having a drilldown is not an option because question wording gets very messy!
