When taking a survey on mobile (iPhones), certain questions' drop down menus or single and multiple entry text boxes are not showing up. The question text is showing up. The answer options seem "invisible," so if the question has been marked as one for which you have to force a response, then, because of the question's yellow error background, upon hitting "Next," you see that you didn't answer something.
Any thoughts?
We already tried fully deleting and re-adding questions. There does not seem to be a consistent pattern to this error, and these menus appear on tablets and computers.
